The Parish Council meets bimonthly, usually on the fourth Tuesday of that month. All meetings begin at 7.00pm and are held in The Reading Room, Netherbury. The Annual Parish Meeting is held in March of each year. The Annual Parish Meeting receives reports from the community who report on the activities and achievements of the year. The Annual General Meeting is held in May of each year. At this meeting the Chair and Vice Chair are elected.
